Shmuel Rotenstreich is an associate professor of computer science at The George Washington University. In the last several years his work was in the area of computational aspects of large organizations. This includes large P2P system, military systems and sensor systems. He also works on large scale emergency response and better discovery in resource poor organizations with possible substitutions.
